NichePerks ("NichePerks," "we," "our," or "us") operates nicheperks.com and, as a legacy redirect, itsacoupon.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and improve it.

  • Information you provide. Email address when you subscribe to our list, content of any form submission (brand submission, contact, feedback on whether a code worked).
  • Automatically collected. Standard log data (IP address, user-agent, referring URL, pages visited, time on page) and aggregated analytics events (page views, outbound clicks to brand sites, coupon-code copy events).
  • Cookies and similar. First-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and for remembering your cookie-consent choices. Third-party cookies may be set by our affiliate partners when you click an outbound link.

3. How we use information

  • To run the site, fix bugs, and improve the database of verified offers.
  • To measure traffic, page performance, and which offers shoppers find useful.

  • Service providers we use to run the site: hosting (Netlify), analytics (Google, Microsoft), email (ConvertKit), forms (Tally, Airtable).
  • Affiliate networks (Skimlinks, Sovrn, Awin, CJ, Impact, Refersion, and brand-direct programs) that need a click identifier to attribute commissions.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.

6. Your rights

We use standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

If you access NichePerks from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice at the top of the policy.
