We share part of the commission we earn when a sale is confirmed through one of our affiliate links. Cashback is launching as a beta with select brands — here’s how it works.
How cashback works on NichePerks
- Click an outbound link to a participating brand from NichePerks.
- Make a purchase that the affiliate network attributes to NichePerks.
- When the brand confirms the sale (typically 30–90 days), cashback moves from “pending” to “payable.”
- Once you cross the $25 payout threshold, we issue your payout as a gift card via our partner (Tremendous).
What is and isn’t cashback
- Cashback is a share of the commission a brand pays us when you buy through our link.
- Cashback is not a deposit, a bank account, FDIC-insured, or a store of value. Balances are simply tracked obligations.
- Returns, cancellations, or chargebacks reverse the corresponding cashback.
Status legend
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Click + purchase recorded; awaiting brand confirmation. |
| Confirmed | Brand has approved the sale; not yet payable. |
| Payable | Past return window; eligible at next payout cycle. |
| Reversed | Return, cancellation, or chargeback occurred. |
